• What is Remote Access? Remote Access allows our technician to see and interact with your computer as if they were in front your computer.
• Is it safe? Yes, the program we ask you to run only allows Remote Access to occur on a single and/or permanent (corporate clients) basis.
• Can others access my computer like this?  No, the connection is only a secure request between your computer and our technicians. Approval from yourself must be granted before technician can proceed with repair.
• What is installed onto my machine? The program does install LogMeIn into your machine. So once we are finished if you have any other problems please just give Compusat a call and we can log back into your system. No need to download the software again. Only once you have given approval to proceed.
